What we are. We are not a roofing company. Nobody here works on roofs, quotes or prices jobs, or enters into contracts with homeowners, and we never handle, represent or negotiate insurance claims. Under Missouri law (RSMo 407.725), roofers may not negotiate a claim for you either; only a public adjuster licensed by the state can.

How a referral works. When you call (417) 555-0164 or send a form, we pass your request to one independent local roofer. That roofer contacts you, inspects the roof and, if you want, gives you an estimate. Any contract is between you and that roofer alone.

How we are paid. Roofers may pay us for the referrals we send them. That payment is how the site is funded. You never pay for a referral, and you never receive anything for one: no gift, credit, rebate or reward. Missouri law (RSMo 407.725.2) separately forbids a roofer to promise payment or a rebate of your insurance deductible, or to hand you anything of value tied to the work.

What a referral is not. A referral is not an endorsement or a guarantee of a roofer's work, price or conduct. Before you sign, ask the roofer for proof of a City of Springfield business license where the work is inside the city, proof of liability insurance, an itemized written contract and written warranties. Compare more than one bid if you like; you are under no obligation to hire the roofer we refer.
